Thank you for all those who came by to donate, to help out, and those who refer frens! every donation counts! some frens even got their frens to pass us cash but bought nth! really nice souls! love is in the air! <3
and most impt, thank you to the lovely couple shiqi and danny for booking the booth and inviting WTTS to have a go at our 1st flea, charity for a good cause!
Today was a good and bad day.
Bad- the sun was so scorching hot that I could heat up our lunch boxes (love from our friend danny) in a jiffy under the hot sun!
BUT, like the other stall owner said, really cannot complain! cos people who book 1st floor at a more expensive price prolly got fried by the sun already! at least we had a tiny shelter above head!
Good-
the crowd turnout wasnt as bad as we expected! in fact, people bought things in the name of charity! some customers brought their frens along in the end. They came back for more! *touched*!
and so, wtts and our friends made more friends today!
and we certainly hope our tiny donations will be of help to the Singapore Children's Society! thank you to the organizers, and my friends Shiqi and danny once again!
And so this is the end of WTTS 1st flea! Although we cant donate like millionaires do, but we certainly hope every additional dollar can help the needy out there! And in addition, we would like to thank the aunts for staying full session! teaching free lessons to even passerbys on how to make flowers using recycle materials (plastic bag+branch/chopstick+tape). Excellent! I'm so gonna make a pot for my family soon! muacks!
