I gave the husband 1 more additional bag only. And he folded both bags nicely into his backpack. Stuns.

I already told him the bags are ex so only with purchase then can get more. He say "but I need check stitching! So I need 10-20 lor! How about 5?? "

THE WIFE:

N the wife throughout asked me U TAKING WHAT FLIGHT? when? How? Where? These kind of questions.

Now, the most hard part is : it's already a brand new piece. What's NEWER PIECE?

Dumbfounded.

On a Thursday

Many asked me wad happened before they came back 2nd time.

Here it is:

The daughter ask me can you unstitch everything n sew it back? Not very nice leh. Hmm, how often u go hongkong? When? Exact timing? Hmm, really no newer piece? Hmm, ok I will This new piece then.

(and continued inspecting the cardigan for another 15-20mins).

The mother then asked me, can I have newer piece? (it's a brand new piece that i took out for them to compare already). And last one new piece.

Awhile later,
The husband then came back shop to ask for new piece again.

5mins later,
The husband came and asked :



"Hi,
We want 10? If not 20 more can? We want more in case ur bag tear apart in future. Wanna examine stitching one by one later"


Lost for words.
Customer is right, but not always.

Bad experience

Edited a random pic taken by my dad.

Anyone understand the frustration when
1. You are hungry and your food order came only 40mins later (off peak)
2. Chopsticks spoilt. Added mix veg which I reminded twice not to add.
3. Just said forgot my order cos busy chatting. Never apologize .
4. Meatballs stink. Soup tasteless.

Ok. Hungry woman. Angry woman.

Especially when I had to wait n wait not knowing when the food will come or whether should I just order from others.

And you know, when one is hungry, fugly food also wouldn't taste this bad.

I ADDED ALL THE CHILLI AND SWALLOWED THIS.

THE PHOTO LOOKS OK. BUT WHY OH WHY, MEATBALLS YOU SO SMELLY.
